Content items make up the knowledge set (Atlas). You have the option of adding a single item of content one-by-one or importing a CSV file which allows multiple content items per upload.

Add a single content item

  1. Go to the Voice Atlas Web App.

  2. Introduce your email and password into the form.

  3. Click “OPEN” on the Atlas of your choice.

  4. Under Content click “ADD CONTENT”.

  5. Create a title, an optional question, and the context.

  6. Click “SAVE”.

  7. Once you finish using the system go to the "Logout" option in the main menu.

Import a CSV file

  1. Go to the Voice Atlas Web App.

  2. Introduce your email and password into the form.

  3. Click “OPEN” on the Atlas of your choice.

  4. Under Content click “IMPORT CONTENT”.

  5. Click “ATTACH FILE” and select your CSV file.

  6. Click “UPLOAD” with your CSV file attached.

  7. Once you finish using the system go to the "Logout" option in the main menu.

Importing content items is a paid feature and will only be an available option to those with the correlating paid account plan.

A sample template is available to you to download when you choose to import a CSV file, to which you may add your content items. CSV files for upload can be selected from any accessible computer drive, folder, or network disk.

When importing a CSV file, the columns for title and context are mandatory. If these requirements are not fulfilled you will receive an error message after you attempt to upload.
