Enabling Chatlas, the Voice Atlas Chatbot, allows visitors to interact with your Atlas through a chat box on your website.

Activating chatbot step-by-step

  1. Click “OPEN” on the Atlas for which you would like to enable a chatbot.

  2. Click the Integrations tab.

  3. Under Chatlas click “OPEN”.

  4. Click the “TOGGLE” in the top, right hand-corner to become ACTIVE.

  5. Click the Clipboard icon (copy to clipboard) to copy the integration script for your website.

  6. Click “SAVE”.

  7. The page will automatically refresh and your chatbot will be active. Be sure to add the copied script to your website.

All chatbots can be disabled at any time.

Inactivating chatbot step-by-step

  1. Click “OPEN” on the Atlas for which you would like to disable a chatbot.

  2. Click the Integrations tab.

  3. Click “OPEN” on the chatbot for which you would to disable.

  4. Click the “TOGGLE” in the top, right hand-corner to become INACTIVE.

  5. Click “SAVE”.

  6. The page will automatically refresh and your chatbot will be inactive.

Under the Integrations tab, you will be able to quickly check which chatbots are activate or inactive by the sync icon (arrows) in the lower, right-hand corner. An activated chatbot will show the arrows while an inactivated chatbot will show a slash through the arrows.
